Work In Progress And A Nifty Book

It's wednesday again!! Here is my Work-In-Progress pic of the day!

An Anime Style Blue Doll

She's going to be a doll....but I'm not entirely sure what kind yet. I've gotten her hair done, but you will have to wait to see that. ;} I haven't made a regular sized doll in quite some time! It's slow going right now, I just need to sit down and get to work!!

I just finished writing chapter four of my novel!! I'm about to begin chapter five (the middle section will be the most difficult I'm sure) :P

While I'm on the subject of books, here is a great one my cousin picked up for me at the library! This is a great book, if you feel your shop is lacking, or, are a new seller to Etsy, and need some tips and tricks.

It tells you how to get the most exposure on social networking sites, and has step by step instructions on starting, or revamping, your Etsy store!

I was inspired by this book, and made a new banner for my store! Maybe a custom twitter background is in order next..?

I should have more pics of the little blue doll soon! Talk to you later!

Another Mini Capsule Pet Amigurumi: Isabel The Octopus!

A new Mini Capsule Pet: Isabel the purple octopus!! I even had a purple capsule to put her in :)
This is my first project using the glass beads I told you about. I'm really happy with the way it turned out, and hope to use a lot more of these beads on dolls in the future! (after all I have, like, a billion of them)

Sometimes it's kind of frustrating crocheting so many tiny parts, but it's worth it in the end! However, I always seem to have to shove in the last leg among the seven. I need to learn to space them more evenly!
I  needle-felted Isabel's mouth

Here is something different. I have only ever posted one of my drawings on my blog, but I want to start posting more! This is a little girl I drew in 2010, and only recently came across in my shelf. She was inspired by Mei from My Neighbor Totoro (one of my favorite Studio Ghibli films). This was the first drawing I inked using a calligraphy dip pen.
